There is an additional artwork setup & production handling fee (surcharge) for small quantity orders (SQOs):

1 piece: 50%;

2 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): 30%;

3 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): 20%;

4 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): 10%;

≥ 5 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): NO additional fee!

Here are the reasons for the Artwork Setup & Production Handling Fee (surcharge):

(1) The designers may spend hours on one single printing layout. If the layout is just for a small quantity, the profit for the whole order will be almost zero since we need to pay our designers for making the printing layout, our sublimation workers and garment sewers etc.

(2) Due to the complexity of too many different products in small orders, even the most experienced sewers need a lot of time to study the sewing instructions and differentiate one product from another, which of course brings higher cost for the sewing work. Different items may require different threads, which will also cost more time to change.

(3) The staff in Packaging Dept. need to spend more time when handling many separate items.

(4) The sales representatives handle every step from creating the production confirmation to shipping. One of the most time-consuming steps is to confirm the right colors are printed out. All these cost a lot of time.

◆ Standard wholesale order's lead time: 4-8 weeks from proofs approved and payment received. Exact lead time will be offered by your LIMKOO sales representative based on your order quantity and our production schedule when the order is submitted.

◆ Rush service may be available at a 30% surcharge if customer needs the order shipped in 2 weeks, 15% surcharge if customer needs the order shipped in 3 weeks.
