1.Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a FACTORY who is specialized in manufacturing performance cycling, triathlon, swimming, running, causal wear and other sportswear with 12 years experience of CUSTOM & OEM service.

2.What’s your minimum order quantity?
LIMKOO's MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is only 1 piece!

You can enjoy LIMKOO factory's wholesale pricing when you order 5 pieces of the same product!
There is an additional artwork setup & production handling fee (surcharge) for small quantity orders (SQOs):
1 piece: 50%;
2 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): 30%;
3 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): 20%;
4 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): 10%;
≥ 5 pcs of the same design, gender, cut and fabric(s): NO additional fee!

Here are the reasons for the Artwork Setup & Production Handling Fee (surcharge):

(1) The designers may spend hours on one single printing layout. If the layout is just for a small quantity, the profit for the whole order will be almost zero since we need to pay our designers for making the printing layout, our sublimation workers and garment sewers etc.

(2) Due to the complexity of too many different products in small orders, even the most experienced sewers need a lot of time to study the sewing instructions and differentiate one product from another, which of course brings higher cost for the sewing work. Different items may require different threads, which will also cost more time to change.

(3) The staff in Packaging Dept. need to spend more time when handling many separate items.

(4) The sales representatives handle every step from creating the production confirmation to shipping. One of the most time-consuming steps is to confirm the right colors are printed out. All these cost a lot of time.

3.What’s the custom process?
◆ Pick up the model you like(Contact and discuss with us about fabric, template and pricing)
◆ Designing(Our design team will help create art work based on your requirement)
◆ Sampling
◆ Ordering
◆ Producing
◆ Shipping (3-5 business days)

4.Can I put my design logo on the products?
Absolutely yes, we do offer custom and private label service. You can have your own logo in your apparel. And we offer the FREE design service.

5.What’s your lead time?
◆ Standard lead time: 4-8 weeks from proofs approved and payment received. Exact lead time will be offered by your LIMKOO sales representative based on your order quantity and our production schedule when the order is submitted.
◆ Rush service is available at a 30% surcharge if customer needs the order shipped in 2 weeks, 15% surcharge if customer needs the order shipped in 3 weeks.
◆ 7-14 days for sampling.

6.What are your payment terms?
LIMKOO accepts payment through Wire Transfer, Western Union, Credit Card and Paypal etc.

7.Do you offer returns?
LIMKOO will replace or repair garments with any manufacturing errors or quality issues.

8.Do you offer any further discounts?
Yes, you can enjoy more discounts with larger order quantity.
